  • Previous SFA stenting (2001), re-treated with Directional Atherectomy for IS restenosis 2017 .
  • AT DEB + arch and  lateral plantar POBA November 2017 -> TcPO2 58 mmHg. 
  • Reocclusion and clinical recurrence.
Strategy
  • Target: AT, Pedal Arch and Plantars
  • Antegrade  US guided 6F Terumo Sheath;
  • Navicross + Command ES intraluminal/ subintimal;
  • Predilatation  1.5-2.5/3mm;
  • Debulking + DEB if intraluminal;
  • If failure: Foot retrograde and  Rendez-Vous;
  • US guided Angio-Seal 6F deployment;
