Target: AT, Pedal Arch and Plantars
Antegrade US guided 6F Terumo Sheath;
Navicross + Command ES intraluminal/ subintimal;
Predilatation 1.5-2.5/3mm;
Debulking + DEB if intraluminal;
If failure: Foot retrograde and Rendez-Vous;
US guided Angio-Seal 6F deployment;
