Male, 68 years old
Cardiovascular risk factors: sex and age, active smoker, hyperlipidaemia, hypertension
Past medical history :
- Carotid angioplasty
- Abdominal aortic aneurysm
- Inferior myocardial infarction in 2013
- Right common femoral endarterectomy, iliac artery angioplasty
- Recent right popliteal aneurysm coverage
Clinical symptoms:
- No angina, preoperative coronarography before abdominal aortic aneurysm surgery
TTE: LVEF 45%, inferior hypokinesia
Coro: chronic total coronary occlusion of the right coronary artery,significant stenosis of the PDA, significant stenosis of the distal left main trunk ant of the proximal LAD
Myocardial perfusion spect: no inferolateral basal viability (10%), apical and inferoapical hypoperfusion (15-20%)
