History: troponin positive ACS 12.2016 – PCI to OM1
Now complains of stable angina CCS2
EF 64%, no RWMA
Angiogram:
- Severe disease to PDA (1DES 2,5x8), patent stent to LCX/OM, Blocked LCx, atheroma to LAD
Still symtomatic despite OMT
Stress perfusion + LCx territory
