Treatment of long right posterior descending coronary artery stenosis.
Clinical background
- 75 years old patient.
- Previous myocardial infarction, consecutive to an occlusion of the diagonal branch (already treated)
- Stenosis of the left anterior descending artery
- Residual stenosis on the right coronary artery with a tandeml lesion on the left posterior descending artery and a stenosis of the postero-lateral artery.
