- type 2 diabetes, CRF and dialysis.
- Right Critical limb ischemia.
- I toe and calcaneal necrosis.
- Supera Stent in AFS.
- BTK and BTA revascularization if needed
Strategy:

Antegrade 6F access. Endoluminal crossing, if fails, Subintimal attempt. Retrograde access if needed.

Command 14 and Command 18 – Armada balloon

5-6 mm Pre-dilatation + Supera Stent (5 mm).

Attempt BTK revascularization.
