Male, 83 y-o,
- Type 2 diabetes, Ischemic heart disease (PTCA) and dyslipidemia.
- Left Critical limb ischemia. Previous amputation of the V toe. Rest pain and TcPO2: 11 mmHg.
- Previous antegrade attempt to treat ATA, fails.
- Retrograde access followed by ante-retro
Strategy:
- Antegrade 6F access.
- Distal AT retrograde access (micro-punture set – CXI support catheter), endoluminal-subintimal recanalization of AT.
- Hydro ST guide wire. Advance LP Balloon PTA at 2.5-3 mm.
- PTA of SFA and POP 5 mm.
