Type 2 DM, Dyslipidemia, Hypertension;
TUC 2 C IV-V,
TcPO2 =11mmHgDM,
Previous SFA stenting (2001), re-treated with Directional Atherectomy for IS restenosis 2017 .
AT DEB + arch and lateral plantar POBA November 2017 -> TcPO2 58 mmHg.
Reocclusion and clinical recurrence.

Strategy

Target: AT, Pedal Arch and Plantars
Antegrade US guided 6F Terumo Sheath;
Navicross + Command ES intraluminal/ subintimal;
Predilatation 1.5-2.5/3mm;
Debulking + DEB if intraluminal;
If failure: Foot retrograde and Rendez-Vous;
US guided Angio-Seal 6F deployment;
