•75 Years old male
•Risk factors : HBP, former smoker.
•Medical history : ischemic heart disease with triple coronary bypass, lower limb artery disease with angioplasties (left SFA(2011,ZILVER PTX; 2016, ELUVIA) and CFA(2011,PALMAZ BLUE), right SFA(2011, PALMAZ BLUE)).
•Clinical symptoms : intermittent claudication stage 2b
•Biological parameters : serum creatinine 13,1mg/L.
On going treatement : aspirin, clopidogrel, atenolol, telmisartan, rosuvastatin.
