- Cardiomyopathie ischémique objectivée (02/2018) – lésions sévères a/n Cx proximale et distale, englobant 1e marginale et CD proximale et distale
- Tentative de revascularisation CD mais décision d’opter pour optimisation du Tx médical
- Dyslipidémie, hypertension artérielle, diabète non insulino-traité
Échographie cardiaque de repos (02/2018)
- FeVG préservée, VG légèrement hypertrophique, VD normal, absence de valvulopathies
ECG repos
- Rythme sinusal, FC 70/min, absence de trouble de la repolarisation

- Hb 11.9 g/l, Plt 234.000, Créat 11.8 mg/l (ClCr 56 ml/min), ProBNP 121 pg/ml, Tropo 28 mg/l
