- Angor d’effort typique malgré optimisation du traitement médical
- Coronarographie a démontré un réseau gauche dominant avec sub-occlusion de l’IVA moyenne
- ETT réalisée démontrant une FeVG préservée 65% avec cinétique segmentaire normale, valve aortique modérément calcifiée avec gradient moyen 15 mm Hg, fonction systolique normale VD.
