Lors de cet événement Cathé+, Élodie Blicq (Centre Hospitalier de Versailles, Le ChesnayRocquencourt) partage deux cas cliniques de vie réelle illustrant la prise en charge de lésions ostiales de la coronaire droite. Elle discute avec le Dr Philippe Garot (Institut Cardiovasculaire Paris Sud, Massy) et le Dr Christophe Saint Étienne (Centre Hospitalier de Tours), différentes approches et notamment l’utilité des techniques du floating wire et du floating balloon.

Au programme de cette discussion :

• Analyse angiographique détaillée de lésions ostiales calcifiées de la coronaire droite
• Description pas à pas de la technique du floating wire
• Réalisation d’une angioplastie avec :
- Pré-dilatation progressive
- Implantation d’un stent long à forte force radiale
- Technique de post-dilatation proximale
