Cardiovascular risk factors: Ex-smoker,dyslipidimia
Past medical history:
- Coronary heart disease: STEMI 1999, Previous multiple PCI LAD, diagonal,OM
Clinical symptoms:
- Chronic Heart failure (NYHA III)
TTE: LVEF 34%, inferior wall Akinesia, anterior hypokinesia
Myocardial MRI: preserved inferior viability
Coronary angiography: mid RCA occlusion, good patency of previous stenting
Biological parameters: Hb: 15,7gr/dl, Cr cl :95ml/min
Medication: aspirine, clopidogrel, perindopril, bisoprolol, eplerenone, atorvastatine
