Cardiovascular risk factors: sex and age, active smoker
Past medical history: Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease COPD
Clinical symptoms: Anterior NSTEMI
Coronary angiography: significant stenosis of the mild left anterior descending, non significant stenosis of the first diagonal branch, mild circumflex, and chronic total coronary occlusion of the right coronary artery
TTE: LVEF 45%, inferoseptal wall hypokinesia
MRI: Less than 75% subendocardial late gadolinium enhancement of the inferoseptal
Biological parameters: Hb: 15,2gr/dl, Cr cl: 69,2 ml/min
Medication: kardegic, ticagrelor, atorvastatine, perindopril, bisoprolol
