•Admitted with rest pain of left foot and grangrene of the toes

•Angiogram

–No aorto-iliac lesion

–Multilevel left infra-crural disease with

•Short SFA occlusion then

•Long poplitéo-tibial occlusion with single vessel run-off (postero tib.)
