    sina P. Very interesting caseand beautiful IVUS image and final result, congrats.
    There is a point I did not unterstand : when your first gladius was in the vessel architecture but outside the true lumen, what was the point of going back and do a Side Base to reach the subintimal space you already reached with the initial puncture ?
