      Myocardiopathie dilatée avec réseau coronaire athéromateux en 2013
      FEVG = 42%, FA permanente
      Insuffisance rénale chronique sur néphropathie diabétique pré-dialyse
      Éthylisme chronique, polyneuropathie axono-myélinique, adénome tubulo-villeux colique, hypothyroïdie, rétinopathie diabétique
    • Coronaro pré-opératoire (FAV)
