  • Patient: Male, 56 years old
  • Inferior myocardial infarction 7/97 (thrombolysis)
  • 7/97 PCI of RCA with BMS
  • 2013 CTO PCI of the RCA with 4 DES (Xience) for angina
  • Asymptomatic in the last 4 years
  • No concomitant diseases known
  • CVRF: former smoker (80py), dyslipidemia
  • Since several months angina pectoris CCS II
  • Echo: LVEF 65%, normal regional function
  • Treadmill test: symptomatic, no ST changes
  • Renal function: eGFR =89 ml/min/1.73m2
  • CAG 14.7.17: LAD without stenosis, CX without stenosis, in-stent reocclusion of the RCA
  • J-CTO score: 1
