Clinical history:

None

Life style:

Active lifestyle, married, 2 childs

Clinical status:

Transient Inferior STEMI, april the 16th, with typical chest pain during 20 minutes. No chest pain at the ICU

ECG:

Sinusal Rythm, PR 200 ms, inferolateral negative T waves, Q wave in D3.

TTE:

LVEF 55 %, no wall motion abnormality

No valvular attempt

Right ventricular normal

Therapeutic decision:

Thrombectomy with 6F export device
Heavy thrombotic material retrieved, with TIMI3 flow
Decision to use GIIBIIIa inhibitor with both intra coronary and intraveinouse injection
Angiographic control at day 6 with OCT support
