•PMHx: PCI LAD + Lcx 2015
•Normal renal function
•EF 60%
•Symptomatic (progressive) severe aortic stenosis + TVD
•Patient refused conventional AVR + CABG
-> multivessel PCI + TAVI
•ASA + ticagrelor (nstemi 08/2015)
