La resténose intra-stent (RIS) et la thrombose de stent (TS) restent des complications post-angioplastie mal comprises et très difficiles à traiter. De plus, les données de l'angiographie sont limitées pour les évaluer. En revanche, l’OCT est une technique d'imagerie endocoronaire qui peut guider le traitement qui varie en fonction de l‘étiologie.
