- Patient: Male 63 years old
- History of silent inferior myocardial infarction
- No angina, dyspnea NYHA I-II
- Treadmill test: no angina, dyspnea, ST segment normal
- CVRF: former smoker, arterial hypertension, dyslipidemia
- Echo: reduced LVEF (41%), inferior hypokinesia, no valvular disease
- Admitted for CAG on 14.8.17: RIVA and CX without relevant stenosis, Chronic occlusion of the dominant mid RCA
