Strategy
- Target: AT, Pedal Arch and Plantars
- Antegrade US guided 6F Terumo Sheath;
- Navicross + Command ES intraluminal/ subintimal;
- Predilatation 1.5-2.5/3mm;
- Debulking + DEB if intraluminal;
- If failure: Foot retrograde and Rendez-Vous;
- US guided Angio-Seal 6F deployment;
