  • Endoluminal crossing of SFA – POP lesions
     
  • Attempt of ATP- Lateral Plantar arteries recanalization (endo-subintimal/antegrade-retrograde) + POBA
     
  • If failure, Pedal artery angioplasty
     
  • Final treatment of SFA - POP:
    -Optimal balloon angioplasty as a pre-dilatation (Dorado balloon - 5mm)
    -Lutonix DCB 5 mm
