Clinical data
- 75 Years old female
- Risk factors : HBP.
- Medical history : ischemic heart disease with PCI (LAD, RCA), lower limb peripheral artery disease with angioplasties (right SUPERA and HELIFLEX, 2014) and left (HELIFLEX,2014) SFA)
- Clinical symptoms : left lower limb intermittent claudication stage 2b
- Biological parameters : serum creatinine 12,6mg/L
- On going treatement : aspirin, clopidogrel, perindopril 4mg, bisoprolol 5mg, pravastatine 20mg
Strategy
- Controlateral access
- 6Fr braided introducer
- Evaluation of restenosis: fracture? hyperplasia? bad deployment?
- Intraluminal angioplasty
- Selection of stent : DCB (ranger 10cm), DEB (20cm) from proximal to distal
- Good immediate result : small retrograde dissection, good flow
