Clinical background

  • 66 year old patient, treated the week before for an acute myocardial infarction in the inferior territory. Total occlusion of the right coronary artery treated by active stenting. 
  • Second lesion on the left coronary artery in the mid LAD.

Description

  • Radial artery approach
  • Pre-dilatation of long lesion
  • Deployement of long polymer free stent (2,5x35 mm)
