  • Cardiovascular risk factors: Ex-smoker,dyslipidimia
  • Past medical history:
    • Coronary heart disease: STEMI 1999, Previous multiple PCI LAD, diagonal,OM
  • Clinical symptoms:
    • Chronic Heart failure (NYHA III)
  • TTE: LVEF 34%, inferior wall  Akinesia, anterior hypokinesia
  • Myocardial MRI: preserved inferior  viability
  • Coronary angiography: mid RCA occlusion, good patency of previous stenting
  • Biological parameters: Hb: 15,7gr/dl, Cr cl :95ml/min
  • Medication: aspirine, clopidogrel, perindopril, bisoprolol, eplerenone, atorvastatine
