    • January 2017: paroxysmal atrial fibrillation.
  • Clinical symptoms:
    • Stable angina pectoris
    • Right intermittent claudication stage IIb (Fontaine)
  • TTE: LVEF 40%, inferior wall Akinesis
  • Myocardial perfusion SPECT: preserved viability 15%
  • Coronary angiography: single vessel disease Right coronary CTO 
  • DUS: right external iliac artery short occlusion, right SFA occlusion
  • Biological parameters: Hb: 15,7gr/dl, Cr cl :105ml/min
