CASE 01: LAD long calcified lesion   -Dr.Antonio COLOMBO 

This procedure concerns a 59 years old male , with history of LAD PCI  and CABG (LIMA-LAD, occluded SVG-diagonal,SVG-OM, occluded SVG-PDA) 
Presenting excertional angina and progressive post anastomosis LAD long lesion.

Strategy Plan

Imaging studies

  • Coronary angiography:  LAD: Proimal 75% stenosis , competitive flow with LIMA Graft, Lcx: proximal CTO, RCA: proximal CTO, SVG-OM: patent, LIMA-LAD: patent, post anastomosis long calcified lesion.
  • Echo:  LV EF  50%. 

Clinical indication

  • Angina II CCS 

Planned Procedure

  • LAD PCI  with rotational atherectomy.
